Shelby by AIfactor
Problem
Mid-size firms want AI in production but cannot send their data to third-party clouds, and most AI agencies sell exploratory day-rates with no fixed outcome.
The market research behind this portfolio found almost no competitor publishing prices, and none showing a working product.
What we built
Shelby: a governed, on-premises AI platform, operated by the same four people who built it.
The commercial wrapper is the point: a productised pilot at a published fixed fee of €25–50k, scope set in advance.
The aifactor.ie site itself follows the house engineering standard — server-rendered, crawler-visible, with the statutory footer and JSON-LD.
Measured result
Two named clients — best4travel and iqbranding — publicly listed with the product.
The published fee did the selling job the research said it would: buyers evaluate without a sales call.
