What this site collects
No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts, no cookies set by us. Our fonts are served from this domain, not from Google. Server and security logs (IP address, request path, user agent) are processed by our hosting and CDN provider, Cloudflare, to deliver the site and defend it; they are kept for the provider's standard retention period.
The audit tool
When you submit a URL at /audit/, we fetch that page once to analyse it and return the report to your browser. We do not store the URL, the page, or the report, and we do not associate the request with you beyond the transient server logs above. The tool is AI-assisted and labelled as such on the page (EU AI Act, Article 50).
If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as the matter requires and then delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of personal data we hold about you, and you may complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie). Write to contact@soliber.net.
