Problem
A visitor-analytics company measuring events since 2017 — UEFA and Wimbledon among roughly 5,000 — carrying a legacy WordPress site with a placeholder phone number and COVID-era pages.
A maintenance chore, invisible to AI crawlers, and misrepresenting a working business.
What we built
A full migration to the current house stack, completed 4 October 2026: server-rendered pages, statutory footer, structured data, cache discipline.
The before is preserved: archived captures of the old WordPress site are kept and linked here, because a migration case study without the before is just a screenshot of a website.
Measured result
Migration completed 4 October 2026. First honest post-migration metrics — Search Console and Core Web Vitals — will be added here as they accrue, dated. Small real numbers beat large unverifiable ones.
